The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room celebrates Good Food Month 2016 with the symbiotic marriage of fish and pork.

Culinary Director Sean Connolly has curated a menu that celebrates a nose to scale experience, with the firm belief that everything tastes better with bacon!

Expect a fishermans basket with a twist, Pancetta Carbonara that will leave you all shook up plus much more.

This bespoke menu starts from the 1st of October to the 31st of October.. expect the unexpected!

Prompted by the popularity of burger sales at The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room, chef Sean Connolly decided it was time to open a dedicated burger bar and so what was Parlour Bar becomes Parlour Burger.

Sean Connolly has kept the menu simple with 5 delicious burgers, as well as a handful of mouth watering sides!
