Only one thing is more  satisfying than sucking the juicy, tasty goodness out of crab and that’s doing so over a glass (or bottle) of champagne. Chef Sean Connolly and The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room invite you to indulge in their sixth month long crab-tastic feast. And this year we’ve added a little sparkle, partnering with G.H.Mumm to  present  Crab & Champagne Carnival.

Get you pincers around our crabby specials. From an Alaskan crab risotto made with champagne, to a soft shell crab burger with spicey mayo. Or opt for the pièce de résistance; whole mud crab, available three ways.

Everyone loves a curry. Choose from Jonah Crab Claw or Blue Swimmer Crab fragrant curry, served with jasmine rice for $35pp every Thursday night. Bookings are essential.
