As part our our annual Crab & Champagne Carnival The Morrison and Chef Sean Connolly invite you to crack into our warming, fragrant & spicy crab curries. Every Thursday in April join us for Crab Curry Nights from 6pm. For $35 per person choose from either jonah crab claw or blue simmer crab drenched in a rich, creamy curry with a twist – swapping the traditionally used coconut milk with pepe saya cream – and served with jasmine rice. Bookings are essential.
