Negroni week is back…a week to celebrate one of the world’s greatest cocktails in an effort to raise money across the globe. This year The Morrison Bar & Oyster is a drinking for Oz Harvest – Australia’s leading food rescue charity who collect quality surplus food, distribute it to people in need and divert food waste from landfill.
The king of all Aperitvo cocktails, The Negroni is to this decade what the cosmopolitan was to the ’90s. Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth with a fresh orange peel, the Negroni is as refreshing as it is warming; and to celebrate its versatility we’re hitting Negroni Week by storm with 7 different negroni’s, over 7 days. Come join us for an interactive experience as we make the negroni’s right in from of your eyes, right at your table.
Bar reservations are accepted for 10 or more people. For groups less than 10 we welcome all walk in’s & would love to have you in with us.
