Celebrating its 7th year, the annual Oyster Festival is back to satisfy those salty seafood hankerings. Sean Connolly and the team at The Morrison invite you to get out of your shell and dive into an array of shucking good fun, food and drinks – serving up hundreds of the slippery suckers every day.

$1.50 Oyster Hour

 

Get your bivalve fix at a buck fifty a shuck every single night. SKIP THE QUEUE. Come for drinks before 5.30pm to jump to the front OR make a 6pm dinner reservation and we’ll serve them to your table. Oyster Hour is for walk-ins only. Bookings available when ordering a main meal to your table.

What better way to celebrate our slippery friends than over bottomless bubbles. Enjoy a dozen oysters with two hours of bottomless sparkling wine every weekend in August.

Oyster Festival shell-ebrates fresh oysters sourced from over 50 regions of Australia, from farm to table.  Sean Connolly’s favourite oyster dishes on the menu (including oyster stuffed steak and and oyster carbonara)  it would be shucking crazy not to try these delectable treats.
