Celebrating its 8th year, the annual Oyster Festival is back to satisfy those salty seafood hankerings. Sean Connolly and the team at The Morrison invite you to get out of your shell and dive into an array of shucking good fun, food and drinks – serving up $1.50 oysters everyday between 6-7pm.

Get your bivalve fix at a buck fifty a shuck every single night. SKIP THE QUEUE.  Make a 6pm dinner reservation and we’ll serve them to your table. Oyster Hour is for walk-ins only. Bookings available when ordering a main meal to your table.

What better way to celebrate our slippery friends than over bottomless bubbles. Enjoy a dozen oysters with two hours of bottomless sparkling wine every weekend in August. Feeling fancy? Upgrade to bottomless G.H.Mumm Champagne.
