Oyster Festival

1st – 30th September

Celebrating its 8th year, the annual Oyster Festival is back to satisfy those salty seafood hankerings. Sean Connolly and the team at The Morrison invite you to get out of your shell and dive into an array of shucking good fun, food and drinks – serving up $1.50 oysters everyday between 6-7pm.

“Oyster Festival is where we recognise the incredible oysters that Aussie farmers lovingly grow around our coastline. This is our seventh year running, with the humble oyster being one of my ultimate favourite foods. Sustainable, layered with unique complex flavours, it’s an honour to work with such fantastic local produce.” – Chef Sean Connolly
