The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room is a New York-style brasserie with an industrial touch – featuring wood panelling, exposed brick walls and cut back concrete and masonry that pay homage to its history as the ‘Brooklyn Overalls’ textile factory. It is a polished gem finished off with unique mosaic tables, custom made furniture & 3 separate bars. The Morrison is charming, stylish, cheeky and everything that your next event is looking for.

The Conservatory is a light filled, versatile space available to hire for seated dining or a cocktail style event.  The space features a large retractable roof, festoon lighting and a statement fireplace making it the perfect space for any occasion all year round.

Capacity: 150 people cocktail, 80 people seated dining


Oyster Room


Here is where some of Australia’s freshest oysters are shucked. Situated in the main bar area of the venue, an event in the Oyster Room is the perfect opportunity to get up close and amidst all the ‘shucking’ action.

Capacity: 70 people cocktail, 40 people seated dining

Parlour Bar


Private, intimate and brooding, The Parlour pays homage to The Morrison’s former life as the Brooklyn Hotel. Boasting its own bar, long banquette couch seating at the rear of the room, high round tables and leather stools – The Parlour exudes understated charm.

The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room is available for exclusive hire and can accommodate up to 500 people for a cocktail & canapé style event. Featuring two exclusive bars, a retractable roof and an open fire space –  perfect for all year round.
